Performs more complex quantitative and qualitative analysis for business processes and/or projects. Often manages small, medium, and large projects and business processes.

- Responds to, solves and makes decisions on more complex/non-routine business requests with limited to moderate risk.
- Responsible for own work and contributing to team, department and/or business results. May direct work of non-management staff.
- Assists more senior associates in achieving business results by:
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of business processes.
- Providing training and technical guidance to less senior staff, where appropriate, and serving as point-of- contact for problem resolution.
- Participating in setting department operating plans.
- Recognizing and celebrating team successes.
- Achieving results against budget within scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrates an awareness of personal strengths and areas for improvement and acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.

- Creating and maintaining a single-source of truth for all digital assets, company-wide.
- Ensuring brand consistency and compliance via company-wide access to approved current creative assets.
- Creating efficiencies by greatly expanding our field self-service options for marketing templates and other collateral.
- Creating an audit-friendly repository of disclaimers and releases tied to digital assets.
- QC project/shoot deliverables and ensure releases and legal documents are in order before distributing assets.
- Archive deactivated assets and manage version control as new assets are implemented
- Creating a regimented, multi-step workflow for sourcing, approving, and releasing digital creative assets.
- Instituting a company-wide, well-understood and publicized taxonomy for indexing and identifying digital assets.
- Implementing more streamlined and automated processes for routine asset sharing with outside partners and agencies.
- Greatly increasing the productivity of Digital Asset Managers by streamlining routine DAM-population tasks.
- Integrating product data into collateral available on-demand within the DAM system.
- Ensuring distributed access to digital assets, regardless of Associate location.
- Integrating with current Agency & Social Media workflow systems to supplement their functionality.
- Providing a high-reliability, stable archive of current & past digital assets & marketing collateral.
- Managing all customer-facing digital assets, serving said assets in a contextually appropriate manner.
- Enabling ‘Collections’ of mixed-media assets tied to key company touchpoints, such as a particular resort.
- Providing storage and cataloging support for video & emerging forms of digital content.
- Providing a suite of reporting & analytic information to gauge user activity and asset utilization.
- Oversee technical aspects of creative processes in partnership with GT
- Manage control of consistent archiving of creative files and image linking on creative servers
- Work with outside vendor to evolve DAM with increased functionality or emerging technologies
- Lead GenAI efforts for creative team, bridging creative needs with software capabilities and AI Office for compliance
- Preserve and monitor management of creative digital asset processes, server folder structures and compliance across team members
- Understand DAM/MAM tools in place today enterprise wide and participate in future strategy for creative needs
- Understand third part client asset needs for Interval and solution for business requirements
- Manage video server structure and backup processes
- Ensure video assets are received, and usage rights are documented and archived per SOPs
- Manage music licenses for video and retain current documentation of operating processes for digital asset management
Generally, a professional position with specific knowledge in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Human Resources, Information Resources).
- College degree and/or relevant experience typically required.
- College degree required.
- Five to seven years in a project management or production management role within an agency or in house creative environment
- Four to five years of workflow management experience, at a supervisory or administrative level.
- Experience with managing digital assets, including content rights, adding meta data and licensing.
- Advanced project management experience in a creative environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn new process-related tools, such as digital asset management systems.
Customer service orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects is required.
- Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to relay moderately complex technical information to a non-technical individual and the ability to interact effectively with end users to determine needs as described above.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to understand technical issues relating to image storage and retrieval.
- Ability to manage others to both develop their skills and career as well as draw-out their best work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different departments on projects.
- Ability to read and understand status and traffic reports and stay on schedule.
