As the Manager of Content Platforms at Hilton, your role involves implementing the team's strategy, focused on Digital Asset Management and Media Asset Management systems. Success in this important position depends on adept leadership and a critical fusion of technical skills. Communicating the benefits of content platforms in both technical and layman's terms is paramount, given the visibility of the role. On the Content Platforms team reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Platforms, you will work on projects including our new MAM and our established DAM.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • You will play a crucial role in product management, overseeing the development of future features, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the content ecosystem aligns with broader Hilton-wide goals.
  • Bring to life the strategy for the Content Platforms team, ensuring collaboration and understanding with a strong focus on MAM and video across our owned and paid channels.
  • Be the subject matter expert for our digital content ecosystem which includes training, road-mapping, and documentation.
  • Advocate for the Content Platforms discipline across the organization when developing and enhancing our content capabilities.
  • Manage the MAM and DAM roadmap with internal and external development teams.
  • With 2 direct reports, you will mentor your team members through experience reviews, succession planning, and career development plans.
How you will collaborate with others:

You will work alongside team members and leaders across Hilton, including Marketing & Loyalty, MarTech, and Product organizations, to resource teams, resolve problems, and develop future initiatives.  

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • MAM integration with a wider tech stack to enable greater content distribution across all of Hilton's digital channels.
  • Advocate for both MAM and DAM adoption across Hilton creative teams to manage their digital assets.
  • Develop streamlined workflows across both MAM and DAM within ServiceNow.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related content position
  • Two (2) years of experience leading direct reports
It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Two (2) years of experience with Sitecore (DAM) and Mimir (MAM) or similar systems
