The A Side: A Day in The Life
The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and effective supply of the digital assets required to fulfil orders and to manage the team responsible for doing so. You will primarily supply production masters/artwork for manufacturing and other digital files requested by internal departments (Sync, Licensing, etc).
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Organised
Promptly and accurately supply all requested manufacturing parts, supporting all territories
Ensuring that all orders are completely fulfilled - reviewing and delegating incomplete orders
Be Analytical
Reporting KPIs to VP of archive to demonstrate performance of Parts Order team
Evaluating current processes and enhancing efficiencies across the archives;
Supporting restructure of department, roles
Supporting development of future strategy and vision of department
Feedback and UAT for ASPEN rollouts and other tools
Be Collaborative
Responsible for the overall management of the parts order service and team, delivering a prompt and complete service level
Resolve escalated issues from team members, raising to archive leadership team when necessary
Liaising with other departments and labels, advising on their digital asset management needs
Project Work – e.g. working with Supply Chain to transfer lists of 1000+ Products between different suppliers
Person Specification
Necessary
Full working knowledge of required Universal systems, including R2, CPRS, Sony Ci, Box, StudioHub & ASPEN.
Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively to tackle complex problems and make decisions
Good IT skills – proficient in Outlook & Excel
Good attention to detail
Ability to quickly develop the capacity & processes to meet developing key priorities of the supply chain and archives
Desirable
Previous experience/track record in an order fulfilment role; and/or physical supply chain department
Knowledge of music and video physical product formats, including graphic packaging elements
Experience in managing and leading a team
