Caesars Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Digital Asset Management Librarian to join our dynamic team. As a Jr. Digital Asset Management Librarian, you will play a crucial role in organizing, cataloging, and maintaining our digital media assets. You will be responsible for managing a comprehensive digital asset management system to ensure efficient retrieval and distribution of digital content.

- Digital Asset Organization:
- Develop and implement strategies for the organization and classification of digital assets.
- Catalog, tag, and metadata creation for all digital files to facilitate easy search and retrieval.
- Digital Asset Management System Administration:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a robust digital asset management system.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of digital asset metadata.
- Monitor file formats, resolutions, and quality standards to maintain consistency.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to staff members on how to use the digital asset management system.
- Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to digital assets.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and IT, to understand their digital asset needs.
- Facilitate communication and coordinate workflows to streamline the use of digital assets across departments.
- Metadata Standards and Best Practices:
- Stay current on metadata standards and best practices in digital asset management.
- Ensure that metadata conforms to established standards for interoperability and future-proofing.
- Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field preferred.
- Some experience in digital asset management, library sciences, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and related software.
- Strong understanding of metadata standards and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of copyright issues and digital rights management.
