JOB MISSION:
The Global Brand Operations Project Management Associate, Go-to-Market (GTM) supports the project management of global marketing deliverables, facilitating end-to-end (E2E) GTM processes and communications. Major accountability includes global priority seasonal story support in project management platform (Asana). This role collaborates with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the operational efficiency of global marketing from sell-in to sell-through. This role is based at New Balance headquarters in the Boston area.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABIILTIES:
The Global Brand Operations Project Management Associate, Go-to-Market (GTM) supports the project management of global marketing deliverables, facilitating end-to-end (E2E) GTM processes and communications. Major accountability includes global priority seasonal story support in project management platform (Asana). This role collaborates with global and regional cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the operational efficiency of global marketing from sell-in to sell-through. This role is based at New Balance headquarters in the Boston area.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABIILTIES:
- Serve as key point of contact for creating, managing, and optimizing global GTM projects in Asana, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across teams and stakeholders
- Track and monitor seasonal projects progress against established timelines, proactively identifying potential risks and communicating them to Brand Ops to ensure timely resolutions
- Support global product content readiness workflow management, ensuring project management tool implementation and optimization
- Assist planning and execution of GTM Operations roadmap, inclusive of seasonal Asana enhancements and key cross-functional collaborators system integration
- Work directly with Global Creative Ops Project Management to ensure creative team has what they need to execute successfully
- Support completion of seasonal GTM tools (e.g., retrospectives, GTM milestone templates, process and training docs, etc.) with a focus on identifying and implementing improvements
- Manage regular GTM weekly communications, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and providing follow-up support to drive alignment and progress
- Oversee the department's digital asset management (DAM) tool (Widen), ensuring efficient organization, storage, and easy retrieval and discovery of digital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years relevant experience in business operations, project management, and/or GTM operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (i.e. Asana), and techniques, and proven success in facilitating delivery of projects on time.
- Understanding of project life cycles, from initiation to closure, and ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, external agencies, and regional partners.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings, ensuring clear and transparent communication with cross-functional and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analytical skills to identify and mitigate project risks and make informed decisions efficiently
