Freelance Digital Asset Manager

A leading CPG/DTC brand is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Asset Management to support its Brand Team. This role is ideal for someone with global DAM experience and a proven track record in transitioning digital asset management systems to optimize workflows and improve efficiency across international markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee global digital asset management (DAM), including ingestion, metadata tagging, cataloging, storage, and distribution.
• Lead the transition and migration of DAM systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Streamline asset ingestion and establish consistent archiving processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and support tickets for DAM tools.
• Maintain system documentation and develop training materials for Bynder.
• Enforce asset usage guidelines through audits and user training.
• Monitor system data, track usage trends, and adjust configurations to align with evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify efficiencies, and maximize the value of DAM systems.

What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of experience managing global digital asset management systems.
• Proven experience transitioning and migrating DAM systems.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and optimize processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience deploying and managing software systems.
