What does a Director of Production do at Fiserv?
You will provide leadership in the production process, setting the production specifications and standards including overseeing all aspects of production across multiple venues and production sites. You will manage production staff, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that work is completed on brand and on time. You will collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure that all requirements are met and that the quality of our work remains high. You will oversee the classification and digital asset management of all completed projects; trains team members and approved users on how to access media appropriately.
What you will do:
You will provide leadership in the production process, setting the production specifications and standards including overseeing all aspects of production across multiple venues and production sites. You will manage production staff, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that work is completed on brand and on time. You will collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure that all requirements are met and that the quality of our work remains high. You will oversee the classification and digital asset management of all completed projects; trains team members and approved users on how to access media appropriately.
What you will do:
- Coordinate all phases of production related to print (large and small format) corporate wearables, specialty gifts and merchandise in cooperation with our corporate store - Shop Orange – as well as overseeing creation and production of branded activations including corporate trade shows, events and facility installs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and other paperwork are obtained in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop a high quality on brand deliverables and experiences.
- Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) including metadata entry, proper classification and archiving and training of approved DAM users.
- Create and maintain production schedules.
- Work with procurement to oversee contract requirements and pricing negotiations with two stock libraries.
- Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inform and educate departments on production brand standards.
- Research trends in print, corporate wearables, corporate gifts, signage, and corporate environments
- Bachelor’s degree in design, production, theater, or related field
- 7 plus years of experience in production management
- Expert knowledge in multiple forms of printing including digital, lithography, silk screen, packaging as well as large format graphics and execution
- Some travel will be required for this role
- Proficiency with production software and tools
- Basic working knowledge of construction practices and building execution
