- 8+ years working with digital asset management or learning content management systems
- Experience leading content governance strategy and processes
- Experience developing of information sharing strategies and reference architecture
- Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science, Information Management, or Knowledge Engineering
- Experience with Library management practices & digital library technologies
- Familiar with AI Techniques
- Experience with O365, SharePoint, Azure Services, and/or MS Graph
- Develop strategies and plans to create efficiencies and agility in company’s content to drive revenue
- Lead the next-generation technical architecture for enterprise content services and systems through initial requirements
- Facilitate the definition, design, and documentation of content services and information flows
- Develop information-sharing strategies and reference architecture to support key initiatives and business requirements, and bridge organizational silos while ensuring flexibility for new products and services
- Provide direction and guidance to assure library operations are aligned with organizational needs and strategy
- Lead a small and talented team of individuals through a hands-on approach providing strategic direction, prioritization, growth opportunities, and motivation
