As our Product Information Specialist, you will be a key enabler for our Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring the data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available. You will partner with teams across the company to streamline processes, improve data quality, and ultimately, drive sales and customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Primary Targets: Roofing Distributor and Home Centers Customers
- Reports to: Digital Customer Lead, Roofing
- Working model: Hybrid, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office
- Fuel data-driven growth: Manage OC roofing data using relevant systems to drive accurate syndication and sales.
- Streamline workflows, unlock efficiencies: Optimize PIM/DAM processes, empowering teams to achieve data excellence.
- Elevate data quality, elevate customer experience: Partner across internal OC departments to ensure data integrity, leading to satisfied customers.
- Demystify PIM, empower knowledge: Develop clear documentation and foster a data-savvy organization.
- Become the content health guardian: Identify and eliminate data gaps, ensuring content that shines.
- Architect winning product hierarchies: Build structures that support successful launches and business expansion.
- Conquer complex PIM projects: Lend your expertise to large customer and enterprise data initiatives, driving success.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- PIM Master: 3+ years of using/applying PIM software, ensuring data accuracy and smooth syndication.
- Business Translator: 2+ years in a role understanding and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Problem solver extraordinaire: Adept at streamlining workflows and business processes, detecting, and resolving issues with the aid of PIM/MDM/DAM or CMS tools.
- Travel adventurer (optional): Up to 10% travel.
- Preferred experience (2+ years) with managing data through platforms like StiboSTEP
- Experienced in launching new systems and data governance initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital and marketing campaigns within a complex organization.
- Experience with navigating and driving adoption of new initiatives.
- Practiced in managing products in the data systems of Lowes, THD, Menards, or other retail customer data systems.
- Comfortable working with platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (preferred).
- Comfortable navigating new platforms and adapting to changing landscapes.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams, including 3rd parties, agencies, and developers.
- Highly detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Utilization of analytics to uncover insights and optimize digital products.
- Strong customer focus, understanding how to create value through service.
- Proactive communicator, able to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Solid understanding of products, digital assets, content, and related business processes.
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Effective communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of product data management on Home centers or digital marketplace (preferred).
- Highly ethical and committed to doing the right thing for all stakeholders.
