The Digital Shelf Specialist is a key member of the Omnichannel team, responsible and accountable for supporting the National Retail Sales team in achieving its sales objectives by analyzing and optimizing the visibility and engagement of our brands in-line with retailers’ digital strategies.

The individual will drive online share for Bacardi’s portfolio through digital shelf levers, creative development, content syndication, search results, and the development of content to drive retailer traffic. This position is based in Dallas, TX or Miami, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Manager of Digital Shelf Excellence in leading the execution of a holistic digital product content strategy across a complex portfolio of products and a complex network of retailers and third-party marketplaces.
  • Support the development of best-in-class digital product content, including innovation, content optimizations, revamps, brand store and occasions pages, and enhanced (A+) content.
  • Work cross-functionally with Global MarTech, Brand Marketing and agency partners to ensure digital assets and product information is accurately uploaded, tagged, and reflected in DAM (Digital Asset Management) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Partner closely with Distributor in syndicating digital product content to online retailer websites and third-party marketplaces via direct API (Salsify/Syndigo partners), template exports and/or content portals; documenting processes across partners and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate where possible.
  • Work closely with Digital Shelf Agency of Record in establishing digital shelf performance KPIs, creating brand-level content scorecards and managing tools (Profitero) needed to report on those KPIs and translate digital shelf performance insights into recommended actions for the creation and delivery of content that is optimized for both consumer engagement and retailer search engines.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Creative or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital shelf space, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking disciplined creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on.
  • High energy, positive can-do attitude, and self-motivated.
  • High degree of organization, accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salsify Product Content Management Platform is preferred.
  • Experience working with Profitero Digital Shelf Analytics Platform a plus.
