What You Will Do
The Digital Shelf Project Lead role sits within the Connected Commerce Team, which accelerates NA growth by leading the development of capabilities that drive efficient scale and works with the Brands and Customer teams to drive impact with customers and consumers. This role is pivotal in contributing to overarching e-commerce growth, improving delivery and optimizing results in response to the disruption across e-commerce. The individual should comfortably flex between detailed processes and technologies to finding strategic solutions in the omnichannel landscape.

What You Will Do

Primary Responsibilities
- Grow, build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across Self Care businesses (Growth & Performance teams, IT, Customer teams, DAM librarians, SEO and copy agencies, creative agencies) and build business relationships across the Consumer Organization within the Digital ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing thought leadership to build capabilities and ways of working for syndication partners.
- Collaborate with the CxO Digital Shelf Execution Team and core stakeholders in managing end-to-end factory delivery of content across brands and retailer partners. Ensure best-in-class content across New Product Innovation, Enhanced Content, SEO, Enhanced Digital Images and Ratings & Reviews are delivered to our in-house syndication team.
- Manage retailer guidelines from 42 retailers across all Consumer brands and update master above-the-fold, below-the-fold and spec documents in real-time; communicate changes to applicable stakeholders.
- Understand key naming conventions and DAM/P360 to ensure content is discoverable and searchable; troubleshoot and share opportunity areas for optimization to DAM/IT partners.
- Liaise with Digital Shelf power partners, including a search partner and content distribution agency to audit, strategize and monitor workstreams, including tracking go-live dates and leveraging tools to secure data to evaluate content performance, among other tactical actions.
- Manage content execution via the Salsify workflow process for New Products and Content Refreshes, including packaging refreshes, brand restages, optimizations etc. This includes kick-off of workstreams in Salsify, management of Salsify asset ingestion (proper mapping of content), delivering, partnering, & troubleshooting content with distribution partner, management of Salsify tasks/escalation to core partners, copy validation into Salsify before & after content is RCA approved.
- Tactical project management of open content in Salsify for businesses and leveraging weekly meetings to project manage content workflow. Capture agendas and recap key action items.
- Support agency and Digital Experience team partners in providing all process documents for content workstreams, latest retailer guidelines for each content workstream; validate compliance to all guidelines.
- Own inputs into optimization process and ongoing training of new/existing Salsify features and workflows to business partners; work with P360/DAM manager and technical teams for support, as needed.
- Ad hoc projects i.e. legal requests for content removal/edits, new processes and system enhancements for business.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 3 years professional business experience required.
- Strong visual, written and oral communication skills are required.
- eCommerce, Digital and/or Content development experience is required.
- A strong project manager, who can balance multiple priorities and partner with multiple stakeholders, including content agencies, brand counterparts, search engine optimization agency, copywriting group and others as part of the e-commerce and commercial enabling organizations is required.
- A track record of problem solving, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, leading in ambiguous environments, influencing skillsets, learning agility, continuous improvement, and being cross-functionally balanced, is required.
- Ability to motivate department and project team members, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and hold self and partners accountable, is required.
- Clear, concise writing and speaking skills are required
- Salsify, Digital Asset Management, Vendor Central and/or Syndigo background, required.
