Position Summary:

The Digital Production Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, will support content across all digital platforms (website, app, email, social, and video channels) in production and project management. This role requires a solid understanding of graphic design, web content management systems, and project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Position Elements:

  • Manage Digital Assets: Handle artist assets, event photos, videos, and other media. Tasks include trafficking, cropping, resizing, optimizing, and archiving files.
  • Design and Edit Content: Create and optimize content related to venues’ seasons, events, campaigns, programs, and special and institutional events for various digital channels.
  • Support Website and Campaign Development: Assist in building seasonal campaigns, maintaining website content, and updating marketing landing pages on both the website and app.
  • Digital Asset Management: Upload and organize digital assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Ensure correct file structure, tagging, and metadata are in place for easy access across teams.
  • Content Production and Execution: Collaborate on content creation for digital marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, writing scripts, researching media, and deploying content to web and social channels.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline, improve, and create new documentation processes across teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Visual Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA checks to ensure content displays correctly across different browsers and devices.
Position Requirements:

  • 1 year experience working in a performing arts, digital agency or marketing-department environment
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, web technologies, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, Adobe Express), CMS platforms, DAM systems, HTML/CSS. Experience with other design tools (i.e.. Figma, Canva etc) is a plus
  • Active on social-media and website platforms, with a keen eye for digital marketing and the technology behind it
  • Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent communicator; both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • Secondary language fluency preferred
