The Team:

The Global Marketing Organization (GMO) creates relevance, distinctiveness and growth for the PwC brand and business.  We work together with the global markets and territory marketing leaders to deliver the go-to-market priorities that are aligned to Platforms, and enable sales and marketing excellence across the network.

The Digital Presence Center of Expertise (CoE) is a global team, accountable for developing the network strategy for pwc.com, driving the innovation and investment roadmap for the website, and creating a seamless and personalized experience by leveraging PwC’s MarTech stack.  This team is organized into 3 complementary groups, which include data and analytics, product and platforms, and web experience and programs.  

The Role: 

As the Product Manager, this position will lead the planning and implementation of tools, technology, integrations and experiences which deliver on our clients and creators needs in support of the global digital strategy and innovation roadmap for PwC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Digital Presence CoE is accountable for developing the network strategy for pwc.com, driving the innovation & investment roadmap for the website, & creating seamless & personalized experience leveraging PwC’s MarTech stack.

  • The Product Manager will partner with business, marketing and network stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize and plan initiatives against the digital roadmap, and manage the full product life cycle of gathering customer needs.

  • Documenting requirements and product vision, identifying measurable outcomes, and working closely with engineering on release cycle management – all with the end goal of delivering the highest value products to the largest possible audience in a timely manner.

Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Suite (Adobe AEM CMS, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics) at an expert level

  • Creating a closed loop between marketing and sales to shorten lead times and improve client impact

  • Integrating CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce preferable)

  • Managing strategy and innovation working with internal and external partners and stakeholders, ideally in a B2B or services context

  • Navigating complex problems and stakeholders, evaluating and prioritizing needs and creating actionable recommendations

  • Managing governance across global websites ensuring performance and development is aligned to business and marketing objectives

  • Monitoring external digital trends and acting as a subject matter expert on global website strategy and innovation

  • Developing, testing and deploying a complex global website across multiple territories

  • Understanding and experience across a range of design approaches and research methodologies (e.g., product design, service design, systems thinking, UX, etc.)

  • Leveraging data to understand user preferences and created personalized experiences across the customer journey to deliver the right message to the right client at the right time on the right channel

  • Superior understanding and application of UX, UI, and design thinking. 

  • Excellent client and project management skills involving delivery of both content-based and technology-oriented products, using tools such as Trello, JIRA or similar

  • Depth of experience developing and managing KPIs to optimize customer experience: including measurement, reviewing, and making recommendations on changes needed to enhance our brand to improve client KPIs.
