About the role

The Digital Engagement Team oversees all of AIUK’s digital channels, encompassing owned platforms such as websites, social media, email, and SMS, as well as earned and paid channels. We have recently embarked on an organisational-wide Data, Digital and Technology transformation program that will sit at the heart of AIUK’s capabilities and operations, and for which the Digital Engagement Team will play a key role. The Digital Product and Content Manager will work with project leads, undertaking usability testing and gathering feedback to inform developments across a range of digital products and content.

  • You’re skilled in managing multiple digital products and platforms, implementing data-driven improvements to ensure optimum usability and accessibility
  • You have great project management skills and can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • You have experience of conducting usability testing and content auditing
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture
  • You also have a good knowledge of user experience best practice and awareness of latest digital trends and technologies
