The Digital Process Manager holds a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of our content supply chain with focus on asset and workflow management systems.  This leader will work across the business to drive and deliver the outcomes envisioned in digital transformation. This role oversees critical digital processes, leads platform activation, and leads cross-functional teams through successful transition to adopt new processes. This role will stress planning, integration, communication, reporting (status & performance) and problem resolution.  

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead the transition to best-in-class digital process management solutions.
  • Oversee implementation of DAM and workflow software across enterprise teams.
  • Partner with digital and other leaders to own and improve process excellence, including establishing and measuring objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Lead and manage strategic and operational planning for the DAM and workflow platforms.
  • Act as both an advisor to the Digital VP and a delegate on their behalf.
  • Champion a variety of initiatives for digital leadership with a primary focus on projects related to maximizing the output and efficiency of our people, using new platforms to propel our content supply chain forward.
  • Develop and implement processes that will maximize the value of all digital assets – ensure the content supply chain fully supports current and future digital experiences.
  • Champion process design & enterprise adoption of content management experiences that position content owners for success.  
  • Own establishing quality control processes to ensure an always-accurate content supply chain.

This candidate must be comfortable engaging across the organization with senior executives, digital + IT leaders, content owners, and others to establish firm but adaptable governance of the content supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of advanced digital technology, asset production and workflows.    

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital with special focus on content management, asset development and other marketing workflows.  
  • Well versed in strategic planning, execution, building relationships and working with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional process skills.
  • Digital Marketing, Communications and/or Promotions experience.
  • Able to work under pressure and deadlines, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty, while driving clarity.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues and results, good project management skills.
  • Excellent skills in cross group collaboration, creative problem solving, process development and strategic development.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent execution, and follow through skills.
  • Manages confidentiality without exception; demonstrates outstanding judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field, or equivalent highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront
  • Proven success in a leadership role in campaign or content creation
  • Experience with system implementation and designing workflows
