As a Digital Marketing Product & Surfaces Data Specialist, you will:
Support development, design, production, and deployment of Haworth's Product Information Management (PIM) for customer facing capabilities, ensuring proper development of customer facing product information within a defined product hierarchy, product relationship, and other enhanced data. Coordinate delivery of product information across digital capabilities (Haworth.com, store.haworth.com and other websites and apps). Develop, coordinate, and maintain corporate product marketing and surfaces data.

Global product marketing experience
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Support development, design, production, and deployment of Haworth's Product Information Management (PIM) for customer facing capabilities, ensuring proper development of customer facing product information within a defined product hierarchy, product relationship, and other enhanced data. Coordinate delivery of product information across digital capabilities (Haworth.com, store.haworth.com and other websites and apps). Develop, coordinate, and maintain corporate product marketing and surfaces data.
Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Works with Product Marketing and Surface Materials teams to understand new products' features and functionality.
- Creates and maintains product taxonomy for all customer and dealer facing applications.
- Manages the Global PIM application and data.
- Manages product digital assets (photos, .pdf etc) using the digital asset management system (DAM) and using proper naming conventions and metadata.
- Supports development and implementation of processes to download manufacturing product data (attributes, characteristics, and pricing) directly (electronically) from Haworth systems to PIM and convert that into customer friendly data .
- Works with cross functional teams to develop and maintain enhanced data related to new business initiatives, including customer specific product data and product descriptions.
- Leads effort and owns the point of view to merchandise products and surface materials across digital capabilities and customer catalogues.
- Recommends, designs, develops, and implements other domestic and international product databases and processes to establish global data and product consistency. Acts as consultant to international product marketing data processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent job-specific work experience
- Two to five years of related experience in database management
Global product marketing experience
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
- Effective written and verbal communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to manage complex data logic.
- Ability to transform manufacturing data to customer facing data
- Analytical, ability to use data management software (i.e. Microsoft Access).
