About the Job

Do you want to be part of developing and maintaining Games Workshop’s growing archive of intellectual property assets?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital IP Assets Coordinator to join a small team of dedicated professionals, responsible for ensuring the long-term protection of Games Workshop’s intellectual property through the organisation of its digital assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for migrating a wide array of new and existing digital assets – including video to digital sculpting files – into the company’s asset management system. You will work collaboratively across the business to ensure that these assets are readily available to the creative teams that depend upon them on a daily basis.

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working in archiving, libraries, or digital asset management, as we’ll look to you to ensure chain of creation evidence for all agreed IP assets, and to assist with the organisation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accurate IP archive. Previous experience with digital asset management systems, cataloguing systems or similar, plus experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign or QuarkXpress, or familiarity with ZBrush, SolidWorks, or other 3D sculpting programmes would be advantageous. We would also welcome applications from candidates that have professional or educational experience of working with video game creation, or digital asset management experience with film, TV, or AAA video game studios.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent IP knowledge, so ideally you will already have a broad knowledge of Games Workshop products and we’ll look to you to apply your eye for detail and excellent organisation skills to make sure the assets are stored accurately.
