What You Will Do
- Content Library Ownership: Manage and curate the content library, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant. Oversee the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, organizing and optimizing assets for efficient use.
- Product Detail Pages (PDPs): Strategically own PDPs to improve conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance PDP content and layout. Conduct competitive analysis and user experience (UX) research to optimize PDPs.
- Reviews Collection and Syndication: Take charge of collecting and syndicating product reviews across e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms.
- Content Syndication Management: Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing-related field.
- Minimum of 2y in an e-commerce setting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and content syndication platforms.
- Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) from various sources to inform data-driven decisions.
- E-Commerce Experience: Previous work in e-commerce retail marketplaces.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
