- Acts as centralized hub of organization for ecommerce and digital content for owned and wholesale retail channels, coordinating with internal/contract creative resources to organize and upload digital brand and product content into the system.
- Manage system data integrity, ensuring imagery, copy and other digital content is accurate, organized and delivered on time. Assessed complex circumstances for content needs and suggests innovative approaches.
- As digital content needs evolve, evaluate and make recommendations for integrations, customizations and improvements to PIM, working with necessary stakeholders to execute changes.
- Participates in internal cross-functional and external account meetings to understand content needs.
- Coordinates with members of Strategic Accounts marketing team to ensure omnichannel approach to content.
- Conduct periodic research on e-commerce emerging trends and best practices to inform digital content strategies.
- Expert with digital content needs across varying touch points.
- Interprets and explains digital content needs and process to cross functional partners who are not familiar with the subject matter through persuasion and business case analysis.
- Effectively communicates complex issues to cross functional partners whose perspectives are often divergent.

- Relevant Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM) or other content management platform experience
- Proficient project manager experienced in creating and communicating process, leading through change and evaluating workflows for optimization opportunities
- Capable communicator able to influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
