We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to support the onboarding of the new Digital Asset Management System. As the primary account manager, the successful candidate will lead the categorisation of photos, video and other promotional material onto the new system. Working with in-country suppliers, partners and Prince’s Trust charities across the globe, managing the safe transfer of data.
Within the contract, you will complete the upload of all assets from external drives and web drives acting within GDPR legislation. You will ensure that correct permissions are assigned to users and that training is delivered on the correct use of the system.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead on the organisation of the new Digital Asset Management System including the organisation of Prince’s Trust global content assets.
- Upload and organise all assets to the DAM system ensuring metadata creation and file organisation.
- Uploading content from hard drives, Google drive and shared drive to the DAM ensuring all files are assigned to the appropriate folders.
- Complete a content audit to ensure that all content is within consent.
- Serve as the point of content for Prince’s Trust Group with the DAM vendor and Prince’s Trust UK Lead.
- Work with IT, DAM vendor and the Head of Content to set up Single-Sign-On for users.
- Set up permission settings for all new folders and making sure new users have the appropriate per- missions as they are granted.
- Support in the training of internal staff in correct use of the new system.
