How you will contribute
The Digital Content Librarian primary responsibility is to provide support to the Data Management Services organization and ensure digital assets are in position for all digital distribution channels, including digital products' websites and digital syndication. As the DC Librarian, you will add value to the Mondelez NA (USA and Canada) organization by: Organizing digital assets to ensure effective search and retrieval; assisting and maintaining taxonomies and metadata schemas that are best structured for the organization type, including the products and services.
Responsibilities
The Digital Content Librarian primary responsibility is to provide support to the Data Management Services organization and ensure digital assets are in position for all digital distribution channels, including digital products' websites and digital syndication. As the DC Librarian, you will add value to the Mondelez NA (USA and Canada) organization by: Organizing digital assets to ensure effective search and retrieval; assisting and maintaining taxonomies and metadata schemas that are best structured for the organization type, including the products and services.
Responsibilities
- Ingest creative assets to the DAM and Salsify systems while following metadata standards, adhere to language/formatting guidelines.
- Perform quality control of assets and for record data, including but not limited to: quality of images, marketing copy (US and Canada), usage rights; audit existing metadata as needed in the DAM, Salsify, Foodservice website, Snackworks (US and Canada).
- Catalog assets using best practices archiving and/or unarchive images/assets.
- Support DAM Stakeholders (US and Canadian eCommerce teams, Brand teams, SGS, D2P managers) with system upgrades and cross-departmental projects.
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a high-volume environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with data governance principles and rights management
- Interest/experience in UI/UX design
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
