Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to be a team member on the Digital Commerce, Omni Shopper team and be an integral part of driving digital shelf performance. This is also a great opportunity to learn the increasingly important eCommerce and digital shelf space and how it impacts the consumers packaged goods (CPG) industry.

The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day task management of digital shelf content workflows as part of the Campbell’s Meals & Beverage eCommerce team. This individual with work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, digital shelf IT, and PIM teams and report to the Manager, eCommerce Content Strategy & Capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Champion digital shelf content best-in-class standards.
  • Day-to-day task processing within digital shelf content development tools related to digital shelf asset development and item copy.
  • Coordinate with Integrated Marketing Content Project Manager to track content development progress and report back progress to eCommmerce leadership.
  • Ensure development of content (images and copy) adheres to Campbell’s eCommerce content best practices.
  • Develop knowledge and document digital shelf deployment processes, syndication partners (Salsify, Syndigo, NielsenIQ BrandBank), as well as customer/retailer digital processes.
  • Report on digital shelf KPIs related to digital content to identify gaps in content on the digital shelf and communicate gaps.
  • Work in collaboration with the PIM team to deploy content through various syndication networks to fill in content gaps across the digital shelf.
Skills Knowledge:

  • Experience in marketing, eCommerce, or sales.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and understand digital shelf prioritization within the enterprise.   
  • Ability to identify gaps, problem solve, and provide path to resolution.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or other related
