Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital & Brand Services Team Lead is responsible for providing best-in-class service to our dealers and distributors, and supporting all of their marketing needs, from the branded apparel and merchandise program to the marketing services support materials, and how to maximize their marketing co-op funds. Additionally, the Digital & Brand Services Team Lead will support our customers by providing first-class digital media and content. This is to ensure the best possible brand experience for consumers as they research, shop, and purchase our products online. The Team Lead will oversee the complete range of Napoleon products using an online Product Information Management Tool (PIM) and Digital Asset Manager (DAM), serving both our retailers and our own websites. The Digital & Marketing Services Team Lead will manage a small team, whose mandate is to support our dealers and distributors for all of their Napoleon marketing needs and content.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Supports our dealers and distributors with all of their Napoleon marketing needs.
  • Ensures our dealers and distributors receive best-in-class customer service.
  • Manages the apparel and marketing services programs.
  • Manages our customers' marketing co-op funds program.
  • Manages and delegates tasks to the Marketing Administrators as required.
  • Manages and delegates tasks to the E-Commerce Specialist as required.
  • Works directly with the internal marketing department to ensure additional online assets are created.
  • Assists with MAP Policy and brand standards enforcement.
  • Creates strategy and campaign briefs for SEM activities.
  • Manages vendor relationships for SEO and SEM.
  • Supports key customers with online advertising campaigns.
Education and Experience:

  • College Diploma in Digital Marketing or similar field.
  • 5+ Years professional work experience in marketing / sales / customer service administration.
  • Google Analytics, Google Digital Marketing.
  • General computer skills; must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.
  • Has strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide detailed instructions and training.
  • Is highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Provides excellent customer service and is proactive and responsive.
  • Has a strong background in administration.
  • Is very comfortable in the online world and able to navigate complex software systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and its implementation.
  • Has the skills to execute Paid search and Paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Knowledge of Retail Media, such as Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowes.
