The Digital Asset Manager (Foodservice/Warehouse) works closely with the Foodservice and Warehouse teams supporting top National Account customers, Sysco, U.S. Foods, and other warehouse businesses. The manage is responsible for ensuring the correct content is syndicated, ingested, and tagged in our DAM/PIM system. The manager will also work closely with our Foodservice/Vendor Distributors ensuring industry requirements are met and maintenance of assets. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director, with dotted line responsibilities to SVP Foodservice.
The role will require strong organizational skills to engage with multiple project stakeholders, track progress, report on findings, raise and mitigate risks, and manage logistical requests (e.g., bakery kick-offs). The Digital Senior Program Lead must have strong analytical capabilities, strong program management experience, and strong critical thinking skills to access program risks, identify solutions, and escalate to appropriate stakeholders across HR, FP&A, and Communications teams.
The role requires an incumbent who is well organized and highly structured with significate attention to detail.
Role also requires an incumbent who is outgoing, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships within the Digital Transformation Office and across all functions.
The role requires a leader who is forward-thinking and passionate about driving transformation and one who believes in a culture of transparency and trust, and who is open to learning new ideas outside current scope of knowledge.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of digital asset management capabilities, focusing on product data and content integration and syndication, streamlining operations, and maintaining best practices.
- Discover ways to enhance automation of asset ingest, tagging and syndication/distribution.
- Design and implement taxonomy and metadata schemas following industry best practices; creating requirements and ensuring user and partner needs are met.
- Coordinate program support from HR, FP&A, and Communications teams.
- Load assets into the system, organize, and perform general asset maintenance and management, as well as manage associate issues, and curate assets in the digital asset management system.
- Ensure that product data is properly associated with digital assets, and work with the Product Lifecycle Management team to ensure proper data elements are transferred from the PLM to the PIM.
- Perform digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities, provide oversight and direction to the asset workflows, and ensure alignment with the marketing and brand teams, as well as 3rd party agencies.
- Maintain and contribute to standards and governance by keeping abreast of industry best practices.
- Develop more skills and expertise in digital asset curation and syndication by being current with prevailing technologies in the digital world, and so be able to contribute to the evolution of new content formats.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes – Oxley, Safety, etc.)
- Perform other duties deemed to be an integral part of the position, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
- 5 years of proven experience in digital content production or, ideally, digital asset management systems in relevant industries.
