What will you work on?

You will manage digital assets and systems, focusing on the deployment, integration, and optimization of various tools that enhance collaboration and streamline workflows. Your role will also ensure proper organization, cataloging, and secure storage of digital assets, along with maintaining the integrity of the font library.

How will you create impact?

  • Lead the implementation and management of systems like Box, Teams, project management tools, and creative proofing solutions to enhance file sharing and project workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration and compatibility between systems, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to meet organizational needs and streamline processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to teams using these systems, ensuring they are utilized effectively.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital asset management (DAM) strategy, focusing on organizing, cataloging, and securing digital assets for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish metadata standards, optimize workflows, and continuously improve process efficiency.
  • Oversee the ingestion, tagging, and archiving of digital assets while maintaining consistent and accurate metadata practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any missing, corrupted, or poorly tagged files.
  • Manage the centralization and maintenance of the font library (UTS), ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and version control.
  • Troubleshoot technical font-related issues, including compatibility, file corruption, and missing glyphs.
  • Oversee asset permissions, user access, and archival processes to ensure proper security and compliance standards are upheld.
What are your skills and experience?

  • Proven experience managing digital assets and implementing DAM systems in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Expertise in system integration and administration, with hands-on experience using collaboration platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of metadata standards, taxonomy, and best practices for organizing digital assets.
  • Experience managing font libraries, including adherence to licensing agreements and version control.
  • Ability to adopt new tools and techniques to enhance team collaboration and improve asset workflows across the organization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members, with a focus on professional development and setting clear objectives for success.
