Wellborn Cabinet is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing our growing library of digital assets including photography, videos, graphics, and documents within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems called Cloudinary and Photo Library. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency, facilitate team access to the right assets, and support marketing initiatives through effective asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, upload, and tag all digital assets within our Digital Asset Management system (e.g., product images, room photography, marketing collateral, videos)
  • Maintain consistent metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions to ensure assets are searchable and categorized properly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and distribute required assets
  • Assist with internal asset requests and provide user support for navigating and accessing content in the Digital Asset Management system
  • Regularly audit the Digital Asset Management system for outdated or duplicate files and ensure current, approved assets are maintained
  • Support campaign and website content by providing optimized versions of assets tailored for print, web, and social use
  • Help implement Digital Asset Management system best practices, user training, and usage reporting
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent file management skills and familiarity with image formats, resolution, and optimization techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally across departments
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
