The ideal candidate is highly detailed oriented, organized and is self-motivated. Primary responsibilities include managing and publishing all product images for web, and support the work of the Digital Asset Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is highly detailed oriented, organized and is self-motivated. Primary responsibilities include managing and publishing all product images for web, and support the work of the Digital Asset Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the workflow of all product images and videos for website publication
- Traffics images from E-commerce team, DAM tool to the retouching team
- Assists the E-commerce team vetting vendor product images for image and video standards
- Responsible for identifying, organizing, and uploading for all product images within asset management tool
- Verifies and attributes metadata to assets
- Assists Digital Asset Manager developing new asset management processes to increase efficiency
- Supports user questions and triages issues as needed
- Experience in record management, digital asset management, or cataloging
- Basic understanding of metadata standards and their usage
- Critical thinking skills
- Background in developing process improvements
- Basic level of understanding of Mac OS, Photoshop, and digital asset management software
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative
- Clear communicator, verbally and written
- Extremely detailed oriented and highly organized
- 2+ years of working within a creative/photography department, or agency experience
- Degree in librarianship, informatics, data science or comparable experience
- Experience with FileMaker Pro, Scene7, Cumulus DAM a plus
- Experience working in a retail creative environment a plus
