Job Description
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Database Management:
- Oversee the DAM system and product database.
- Analyze and cross-reference data points treport weekly product availability tthe creative team.
- Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools tdocument and track marketing/creative assets and timelines.
- Process Optimization and Collaboration: Streamline processes and integrate multiple systems tenhance asset visibility and efficiency for Metrolina.
- Align marketing photography initiatives across departments (RD, IT, Production, Procurement, Shipping, and Sales).
- Collaborate with marketing retail managers tupdate and maintain retail customer marketing collateral.
- Assist teams with training, best practices, and awareness of marketing tools.
- Manage asset requests and workflow within the DAM and project management tool.
- Provide monthly updates tthe marketing team regarding data and content availability.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing and analyzing data.
- Familiar with data management and metadata processing within Digital Asset Management Systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
