YOUR MISSION
The Marketing Creative team is seeking a(n) Digital Asset Manager / Librarian who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a(n)Digital Asset Manager, you will oversee the ingestion, tracking and metadata tagging of our anime content, including marketing assets. Candidates must be very detail oriented, able to complete repetitive tasks and possess a wide understanding of digital technology and skilled in digital asset management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a(n)Digital Asset Manager, you will oversee the ingestion, tracking and metadata tagging of our anime content, including marketing assets. Candidates must be very detail oriented, able to complete repetitive tasks and possess a wide understanding of digital technology and skilled in digital asset management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ingest marketing digital assets and lead those assets by adhering to and applying digital naming conventions, file management, metadata, and quality control.
- Handle digital marketing assets throughout all aspects of the project lifecycle by adhering to and maintaining digital naming conventions, file management, metadata, and quality control guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to service different department DAM system needs.
- Reports to Director, Creative Production
- Assessing current workflows and being able to recommend appropriate software solutions
- Leading the set up and supporting the implementation of a DAM system
- Build, migrate and maintain our DAM systems running the database and archiving systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a major in library science
- 3+ years of experience in digital asset management
- Experience with Design, Video and Photo Editing processes and asset types
- Familiarity with wide variety of file types and formats
- Content marketing industry experience preferred
- Gaming experience preferred
- Familiarity with Usage Rights documentation and requirements
- Contribute to and maintain existing standards and governance guidelines.
- Strong teammate
- Ability to handle high volume of assets and complex projects and tasks for multiple people and departments, maintain composure while managing competing priorities
- Must possess solid organization, effective time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems like MediaValet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High volume editing or production environment experience at a motion picture studio, photo agency, major editorial publication highly desirable.
