About the Job
Are you excited by the idea of working with a small team of dedicated professionals to deliver solutions to help organise, deliver, and protect Games Workshop’s Intellectual Property from its inception?
Games Workshop’s Archiving & Digital Asset Management department has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We support the creative studios by protecting the intellectual property (such as art, miniatures, words, video, photography, and more) that make our fantasy worlds so amazing.
You will be part of the team responsible for supporting, configuring, developing, and rolling out new parts of our Digital Asset Management and Workflow platform. This role will have a strong focus on development and technical configuration, including the use of APIs to link Games Workshop’s systems together.
Experience of having worked within a similar role such as an IT or systems administrator, or previous work in systems development or implementation would be advantageous. The right candidate will have the ability to quickly learn new skills and enjoy overcoming technical challenges.
Experience working with XML and JSON is essential, with experience working with Javascript/Google Apps Script, SQL, or other programming languages being desirable.
Familiarity with cloud-based DAM and/or Productivity Management systems (especially Aprimo), iPaaS (such as Boomi), Monday.com, ShotGrid, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace is also desirable but training can be given to the right candidate.
