Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager, Creative Operations, this position is responsible for curating, organizing, documenting, cataloging, preserving, and managing all digital assets within the Widen Collective (DAM) platform. This is a highly collaborative role responsible not only for the digital assets themselves, but for how other employees within the company and outside vendors access, use and interact with the assets. Additionally, this role will lead meetings and working groups to manage metadata, taxonomy, and workflows.

Additionally, this role will lead meetings and working groups to manage metadata, taxonomy, and workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Audit assets, metadata, and DAM workflow, as well as provide ideas on how to improve metadata and workflows
- Develop and maintain user education and training documentation, as well as conduct training
- Ability to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Assist with vendor management
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics team to report on DAM key performance indicators and offer ideas for operational efficiencies
- Be the primary digital librarian/digital asset manager for digital Marketing/Creative Content
- Develop and implement tools, processes and practices for digital content storage and usage
- Provide stakeholders with appropriate guidance for preparing their content
- Be an ambassador for the brand and branding standards
- Enable and support adoption of enterprise and local tech platforms/solutions
- Develop and maintain a metadata entry protocol. Work with various stakeholders across the enterprise to define metadata and taxonomy guidelines. Actively promote and train on data consistency to support common standards and analytics.
- Establish periodic data verification review processes to ensure data accuracy and to support easy and consistent search and delivery of assets
- Keep informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations
- Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle
- Design, implement and maintain metadata schemas that reflect the true needs of the business
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of DAM and CMS experience
- Experience with Widen Collective
- Accustomed to working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
