Dogs Trust Expired
London, UK

Are you an experienced digital content manager who wants to make a difference for dogs?

We recently launched Dogs Trust’s first digital asset management system, called Fetch. The system provides seamless access to digital assets for teams across Dogs Trust while also curating our ever-growing library of digital content, spanning across captivating photography, engaging videos, and other brand assets. We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Asset Manager to grow and continue developing the platform.

Communications and Digital plays a central role at Dogs Trust. The Digital Experience team helps people know, love and understand the charity and take action to support our work. We use our understanding of digital channels and audience needs to produce impactful and creative on-brand communications, content and digital assets.

Working closely with the Content Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing the system, from defining taxonomy to delivering training. Managing the technical and logistical aspects of Fetch while continuing the roll out, giving staff across the charity access to our ever-growing bank of high-quality, on-brand content.

Becoming the ambassador for the system you will make sure Fetch is visible and accessible to the whole organisation. Digital Asset Manager will also collaborate with the wider Content Team to agree priorities and timelines for new content creation, based on user and organisational need.

With sound editorial judgment, you’ll have experience managing a large digital asset bank, with an understanding of data protection and usage rights. You’ll be highly digitally literate and detail-orientated with exceptional organisation skills and expertise in developing and delivering strategies for content production and publishing. Experience of using Bynder software would be a real benefit.
