The Role:

The Digital Marketing team is at the forefront of driving marketing expansion and acceleration. Our responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, ranging from digital operations to partner enablement, content management, and localization, all of which are pivotal in shaping our overarching digital strategy. As Digital Asset Manager for the worldwide marketing organization, you’ll champion best-practices, tools, standards, and processes required for content management and distribution. You will partner with brand, studio, operations, agencies, PR, corporate, product and localization teams to evangelize and implement digital asset management best practices. You’ll work closely with marketing and product content creators to drive content effectiveness and the best user experience. This includes overseeing metadata standards, security, system maintenance, training, and outreach initiatives, all of which contribute to an efficient digital ecosystem.

Join our team as a Digital Asset Manager, where you will play a pivotal and central role in shaping and refining our dynamic digital content ecosystem. Your expertise in overseeing our digital asset management program and your adeptness in meticulously fine-tuning metadata, taxonomy, and security measures will contribute to the establishment of industry-leading best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and manage the full life cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets and metadata schemas, taxonomies, and user groups.
  • Develop workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions management, version control, rights management, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users.
  • Champion continuous improvement, with a dedicated focus on operational controls and risk management for information security.
  • Cultivate best practices and streamline workflows, ultimately enhancing the creative processes.
  • Ensure precise asset categorization, alignment with standards, and conduct regular content audits.
  • Manage API integrations, perform thorough testing, and implement cutting-edge technologies to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, generating impactful reports that drive results.
  • Maintain and update program documentation while spearheading business reviews to assess content utilization.
Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Digital Marketing, Design, Photography, and/or Advertising
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Experience collaborating and partnering with I.T and creative stakeholders.
  • History of being self-motivated, resourceful, creative, ensuring work is of high-quality and exceeds project expectations.
Preferred qualifications & experience:

  • Digital asset management experience working at a global enterprise level.
  • Expert knowledge of Bynder
  • Basic API programming skills
  • Background working with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent social and oral/written communication skills with a strong emphasis on presentation skills.
Academic credentials:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Library Science, Information Science, Communication Management, Archival Science, Marketing, or related field.
