The Digital Asset Manager implements processes at an asset, system and project level. This multi-functional role involves acquiring, transforming, cataloging, delivering and auditing content. You will lead project research with the goal of providing on-target content that creatively and legally aligns with the visual, storytelling and contractual requirements.

The Digital Asset Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Resource Center.
You Will:
On any given day, as a Digital Asset Manager, you might:
- Work with team to collectively acquire and document over 3k assets per month (video, audio, photography, logos, art, social media, web, and print).
- Advise on delivery format, usage rights and acquire supporting production documentation.
- Catalog using a controlled vocabulary and knowledge of brand offerings.
- Support data governance by maintaining enterprise taxonomy and conducting audits to ensure data integrity.
- Support the Product Manager and Technology team with user-acceptance testing, requirements, user training and troubleshooting.
- Support ongoing DAM user interface and functionality optimization, driving improvements based on user feedback.
- Stay ahead of on the digital asset management (DAM) technology trends and innovations in the industry and within the Company.
- Establish collection preservation and digitizing procedures, includes physical and digital collections.
Here’s what you need to be successful at this job:
- Digital asset management or cataloging experience
- Multimedia content experience including video
- Request management and technical troubleshooting experience
- A history of ensuring work is of high-quality and exceeds project expectations
