Team and Operations Management:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role.; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Lead day-to-day team operations, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation, to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee the timely delivery of assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Ensure team members are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals, creating a productive and positive work environment.
- Provide strong leadership nurturing collaboration.
- Trouble shoot and provide solutions to product issues and various other challenges.
- Provide exceptional communication of wins, opportunities, and risks operationally to the team, and when required manage messaging to the client.
- Audit, monitor, and report on asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance.
- Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Design, implement and maintain metadata schemas that reflect the true needs of the business.
- Develop, document, and manage processes on the central system to enhance team operations and global effectiveness.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to implement best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serve as liaison between the Shanghai team and other global teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders from various brand teams and agencies to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with brand team and agencies stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to facilitate smooth interactions with stakeholders and external partners.
- Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’ needs.
- Attend Client Marketing Town halls to ensure knowledge to the business.

- 5+ years of Digital Asset Management experience
- Must have acute attention to detail
- Familiarity with DAM system
- Broad technical and operational knowledge across various industry segments

- Creative problem-solving mindset and a deeply curious nature
- Ability to clearly articulate complex situations / ideas and lead discussions with clients, colleagues, and leadership
