Reporting to the Creative Director of Marketing the Digital Asset Manager will become an integral part of Valet Living’s Marketing team and support our ongoing growth-driving efforts by ensuring print-ready materials are easily accessible and available to associates who need it; especially in the Sales and Operations departments. A digital asset management system (DAM) will be the primary storage and distribution center that will be maintained by this multi-functional role; by creating, updating, cataloging, programming and auditing content for the entire enterprise. The Digital Asset Manager will ensure that marketing assets are proofed, high quality, align with Valet Living’s branding and marketing guidelines, and are produced and delivered on time. Responsibilities will also include promoting the DAM and its assets, assisting users with its use and assisting Marketing team members to move various deliverables across the finish line in this fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote-however, the ideal candidate will reside in the Tampa Bay area to collaborate on-site with team on a weekly basis.
The actual base salary offered to a candidate will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/ achievements, and may vary from the listed range.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Lead the team in the building, implementation and company-wide use of the digital asset management (DAM) system, while supporting business requirements, asset management and process flow development
- Establish digital asset management governance and provide guidance and enforcement to the enterprise on correct usage of the DAM
- Create training for the organization on the best ways to utilize the DAM
- Create and implement a consistent methodology for naming, organizing filing assets in the DAM.
- Collect and manage digital assets to be customizable and printable when needed, while all assets are functional and readily accessible
- Ensure that the DAM houses relevant and the up-to-date versions of assets
- Monitor engagement, access and usage of digital assets, pulling usage reports, gathering feedback and updating structure, layout and verbiage to keep the DAM optimized and user-friendly as possible, delivering quality service
- Research and implement the latest trends and technologies to ensure the DAM system runs efficiently for the enterprise and its users.
- Work with the Creative Director and business partners to document needs for new assets and leveraging existing materials
- Measure effectiveness by collecting stakeholder and partner feedback, prioritizing recommendations, and supporting optimization efforts
- Monitor and help resolve technical issues working with IT and the supplying DAM company
- Keep the various departments up-to-date by working with Internal Communications team and others to promote the latest and most useful assets in the DAM, including “how to’s” when needed
- Manage the timely review, approval and production of print and electronic materials and file preparation for production as well as programming into the DAM
- Work with DAM vendors and the internal Inventory team to help maintain optimal “pick & pack” quantities
- Stay on top of the latest DAM technology ,trends and innovations in the industry and changing needs within the Company
- Proof, proofread, check, and double check all collateral to produce and populate the DAM
- Use project management system to manage all work and requests
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Comfortable working with creative briefs and meeting goals, objections, timelines, and budgets
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities simultaneously!
- Basic knowledge of design principals and process, typography, brand identity design/style guides and print production methods and procedures to produce print-ready files
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment, both virtually and in the office
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field like advertising, marketing, design, communications, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 year of proven experience working in and handling asset management and production
- Experience managing a DAM platform (Marcom preferred)
- Experience using project management software (Wrike preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat especially
- Proficient in Microsoft specifically creating designs in Word and PowerPoint and use of SharePoint/OneDrive
- Experience with simple video editing and/or WordPress a plus
