We are looking for a Digital Asset Management Specialist (x|f|m) for the Digital Marketing department at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the digital asset strategy for the DAM and Sharepoint systems as well as managing them. Your goal is to smoothly run operations while improving processes and system capabilities, ensuring a great user experience and excellent data quality. You will work closely with other teams in Marketing, Product Management, Sales and IT and on a global level. The team consists of 23 professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

- You are the main Power User and business owner of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Sharepoint sites for the Bioprocess Solutions Division
- Ensure effective and consistent cataloging, organization, tagging and upkeep of our marketing assets
- Craft templates and design backend processes for our Sharepoint sites
- Support our DAM and Marketing Sharepoint users worldwide, as well as their external agencies, with your expertise
- Regularly review and update our DAM tagging taxonomy, ensuring our assets can be organized efficiently and intuitively
- Improve the system by crafting IT feature requests, and work closely with the IT Product Owner to test and implement them
- Design and implement DAM- and Sharepoint related processes, solutions, and workflows
- Co-Development and maintenance data standards for media content, including metadata and file naming conventions
- Take part in asset management/Sharepoint related projects
- Work in close cooperation with the Creative Teams, IT Product Owners, Marketing Teams, Product Management and Sales
- A completed vocational training in a marketing related field with additional professional development or equivalent work experience
- Solid experience in using DAM systems (ideally with CELUM) and content management systems (ideally Sharepoint)
- Good understanding of marketing processes
- Ideally, possess a comprehensive understanding of the Marketing technology ecosystem, including Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM), Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), and e-shop platforms, along with their interdependencies
- Experience in using project and task management tools such as Asana and JIRA
- A good technical understanding and natural curiosity about digital platforms, asset management, and marketing technology
- A systematic and structured way of thinking
- Business fluent English spoken and written, German a plus
