About the Role: Digital Asset Management Specialist (aka DAM, we promise we're not swearing at you!)

As we scale 2024, we need a self-motivated "A" player to join our team. The ideal person is clearly skilled (obviously) but also a legit self-starter — someone who thrives taking on challenges with autonomy, and basks in the glory of a job awesomely done.

To be clear, this isn't your standard punch-the-clock, do-the-tasks drone positon. If you're the right fit, then you're constantly looking for ways you can improve the systems around you, while conscientiously predicting potential problems ahead & how to avoid them.

If this sounds like you inside and out, then keep reading!

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively establish a strong collaborative partnership with the Director of Systems & Technology (aka David from the video).
  • Take ownership of our primary operations tech stack to include:
  • CRM, Keap Max Classic (Infusionsoft).
  • ESPs for list hygiene and list maintenance.
  • Zapier workflow integrations, automating tasks between various applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • SimpleText, SMS marketing platform.
  • Justcall, phone support, and other tools of the trade.
What We're Looking For:

  • Possess intuitive technical capabilities based on specific & general life experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Digital Asset Management Specialist or similar role.
  • 3-5 years of in-depth experience working with Infusionsoft/Keap Max Classic, with a high level of familiarity with its functionality & API
  • Experienced working with Zapier and creating workflows across various platforms and applications.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and architecting solutions to difficult & unique challenges.
  • Experience or familiarity with Clickfunnels and WordPress is a plus.
  • Prior certification as a Keap/Infusionsoft partner is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
  • Willingness to have your preconceptions about business challenged.
