Global Asset/Digital Asset Management Specialist (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As a Global Asset/Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Working with enterprise and global business marketing and product stakeholders to manage the requirements for Enterprise Digital Assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Understanding, upholding, and advocating for all laws and corporate policies associated with the DAM
  • Collaborating with global businesses, marketers and other cross functional team members to capture, normalize and enrich product information and marketing data for input into AEM
  • Guiding global business teams on best practices for using AEM to drive outputs for the web, syndication and print
  • Governing, improving, and streamlining the existing DAM model and processes in order to facilitate content reuse and replication
  • Collaborating with all relevant cross-functional teams to provide thought leadership regarding the future and strategy of DAM within the corporation
  • Performing ad hoc and regular audits and initiating/leading data, media and organizational content cleanup efforts
  • Working closely with Corporate User Experience Managers to integrate the requirements for SpinCo web product display systems to utilize assets from the DAM and collaborating with User Experience Managers to define new requirements for product display of Digital Assets
  • Collaborating with Corporate IT and AEM Product Owner to define new requirements for AEM
  • Supporting AEM superusers with problem solving and resolving technical issues
  • Developing communication and training to optimize use of AEM
  • Defining and executing a digital asset archival strategy to ensure our DAM is organized and optimized through removal of outdated media
  • Advising to help improve digital asset findability to enable efficient use of the DAM by the business
Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (8) years of experience in content management
  • Four (4) years of content management experience working with digital asset management systems in a data process and architecture role in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited institution
  • Four (4) years of experience working with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Ability to visualize data effectively
  • Ability to connect and communicate effectively with business partners globally
