We currently have an opportunity for a Digital Asset Management Specialist located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a member of the Digital Content team at Reynolds, the DAM Specialist plays a critical role in the ingestion, organization, maintenance, and syndication processes for Reynolds’ digital assets. The Digital Asset Management Specialist will act as the primary platform owner and will have responsibility for developing and enforcing governance standards to continuously improve our digital asset management platform to support business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee day-to-day administration of DAM to ensure integrity of applied global taxonomy, metadata, file naming conventions, and rights management information.
• Develop and optimize workflows for streamlined ingestion of assets from internal and external content creators.
• Serve as point of contact for digital asset library users, guiding onboarding, fostering adoption & providing ongoing education.
• Collaborate with Digital Content team members & IT to ensure automation workflows facilitate content syndication via partner platforms.
• Manage asset archiving processes and related permissions.
• Analyze and reporting on KPIs to drive optimizations and increase usage.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise content management or digital asset management system for a large company.
• Experience in partnering with IT.
• Proficiency at managing data systems.
• Excellent computer skills, analytic & strategic development skills.
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of DAM industry and technology advancements.
