Perficient is seeking an experienced AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian to join our Adobe Practice team.
Our Headquarters is located in St. Louis, but this position can be located anywhere in the United States and will work Remote.

As an AEM DAM Librarian you will work with customers to classify and organize digital assets, apply relevant metadata, and manage taxonomies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience working in Digital Asset Management for large enterprise organizations.
- At least one (1) year of experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on a digital asset management project.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge and Adobe InDesign in a pre-production capacity.
- Understanding of Adobe Asset Link and AEM Desktop Manager and use cases.
- Understanding of AEM Workflow capabilities, Metadata Models, and Tagging Configuration.
- Excellent verbal communication and written email communication skills are required.
- Ability to learn customer product lines and become self-sufficient as a DAM Librarian.
- Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations.
- Understand Digital Rights Management and advise and configure archival policies.
- Understanding of color models and ICC profiles.
- Managerial skills in leading foundational AEM Asset projects.
- AEM Assets Developer Professional, AEM Business Practitioner, and/or other Adobe Certifications or Accreditations.
- AEM Workflow design and development skills.
- Working knowledge of AEM Sites and content management.
- Knowledge of ACS Commons Reporting.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront in either a contributor or administrator capacity.
- Working Salsify product knowledge.
- General digital marketing and social media experience
- General web development experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
