Optima Partners Expired
Various, UK

Optima Partners is a forward-thinking professional services firm on an exciting growth trajectory. As we expand from 50 to 200 employees over the next two years, we are strengthening our team and are now looking for Digital Asset Management Consultants . In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in helping companies revolutionise their enterprise asset management capabilities. You'll be at the forefront of guiding organisations through the intricacies of content and asset management; focusing on critical areas such as asset and content hierarchies, taxonomies, setting metadata standards, asset storage and retrieval methodologies, interaction and integration with workflow and omnichannel execution technologies.

Your expertise will be instrumental in advising both new and existing clients on their DAM implementations and infrastructures. Helping them to navigate their journeys by imparting your knowledge at key moments to keep them on track. Working in collaboration with clients to define, design and implement the best-fit DAM ecosystems, leveraging your deep understanding of the latest DAM capabilities and vendor offerings coupled with lived and breathed experience of advising and deploying DAM solutions. It is critical that you bring a solid appreciation of how DAM fits into a modern marketing content supply chain – both technically and operationally. At Optima we pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to change and transformation, recognising that technology is only one part of the solution. We regularly talk to clients about DAM as more than just the technology, it’s a discipline. As such, it is key that you can help clients develop the requisite operating model to ensure value is fully unlocked from their DAM investment.

In such a fast-paced environment, it’s vital that you are abreast of latest thinking in relation to asset management techniques and distribution methods. You will be expected to spearhead the integration of DAM solutions with both existing technologies like work management platforms and emerging technologies like GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence). We want this role to help our clients leverage the power of AI and machine learning to automate content creation, curation, and distribution, empowering them to enhance content velocity and quality while reducing manual effort and costs.

Whether it's architecting a scalable DAM system, designing efficient asset workflows, or integrating AI-driven content generation tools, you'll be the driving force behind transformative change.

Furthermore, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic insights and recommendations to unlock untapped opportunities in the content supply chain. By aligning technology investments with business objectives, you'll help clients achieve greater agility, competitiveness, and customer engagement in today's fast-paced digital landscape.
