Job Description/Responsibilities

The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator is responsible for acquiring and cataloging digital marketing assets. It will help increase quality of the asset workflow, execute trainings and best practices, through the lifecycle of the tool. The DAM Admin supports business and tech teams to drive adoption of the DAM and maximize re-use of approved assets. The role will help define the roadmap for the DAM and work closely with tech and business partners to drive new capabilities.

  • Use the PDS system to further develop technical, analytical and change management skills.
  • Manage the roadmap for launching brands within the DAM, tracks user adoption trends as well as consumer engagement external to the organization, track and validate metadata, work on taxonomy or tagging, managing workflows, security and digital asset rights.
  • Develop processes, test them, document what happened, and wash, rinse, repeat as necessary. Including responsibility for researching and helping implement new technologies that streamline legacy platforms and processes.
  • responsible for master asset management that drives content to all web properties and digital shelf syndication tools
  • responsible for maintaining and organizing DAM to house all priority brand assets
Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to perform work with high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems / processes
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with advertising/digital agencies.
  • Experience with building or integrating with Content Management Systems and/or Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Ability to motivate through compelling training
  • 2 years Copywriting experience
  • 2 years business experience
PREFERRED

  • Customer or client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
  • 1 year Change Management experience
  • 1 year relevant experience in a fast paced and complex environment
  • 1 year implementation or project management experience.
