Position Description:
CGI has an immediate need for a Digital Asset Management Admin to join our team. This position can be located at any CGI office in CT or ET in the USA, preferred location is Reston, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up a DAM program for multiple web sites from the ground up managing the DAM integration with the CMS (preferably Drupal), and standing up/managing all the activities that are part of that: establishing taxonomies, proper meta formats, governance guidelines, and creating processes/procedures with and for our team to include:

Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up a DAM program for multiple web sites from the ground up managing the DAM integration with the CMS (preferably Drupal), and standing up/managing all the activities that are part of that: establishing taxonomies, proper meta formats, governance guidelines, and creating processes/procedures with and for our team to include:
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library, including images, videos, design files, and other creative assets. Ensure assets are accurately tagged, categorized, and easily searchable.
- Metadata and Tagging: Implement a systematic metadata tagging system to streamline asset retrieval and ensure consistency in naming conventions.
- Asset Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health and integrity of the asset management system, performing regular audits and making recommendations for improvements.
- Asset Optimization: Collaborate with the creative teams to optimize assets for various channels and platforms, ensuring the highest quality and resolution while adhering to file size and format requirements.
- Asset Security: Implement security protocols to protect sensitive and proprietary assets, and manage access controls for internal users.
- Version Control: Manage and maintain version control for assets, keeping track of changes and updates to prevent any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate reports on asset usage, trends to inform decision-making.
- Acquia/Widen Platform: Collaborate with the development teams on integration with Drupal.
- Required 6+years of DAM Admin experience
- Experience setting up DAM program for multiple websites from the ground up.
- Should have good knowledge of integration with Drupal. (v9 and 10)
- Strong knowledge in Drupal Asset management
- Good communication skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
