About your role:
As a DAM Coordinator, you help support our vast digital image library. Your day-to-day includes the organization, maintenance and safeguarding of digital image assets for a broad range of products including apparel, headwear, hardgoods, trading cards and memorabilia for all ages and fan bases. Additionally, you help support the department as needed on any/all asset management workflows and tasks. You have experience working with digital asset management solutions and workflows in a creative environment and you can identify quality imaging and advise on correctness to meet in-house standards. You work closely with other teams in the department and cross-functional partners to ensure that imagery is accurate and accessible to the appropriate users in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities include:
- Organize and maintain complex digital image database
- Manage image security, tagging and distribution workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold image standards
- Identify and resolve asset issues
- Support department as needed on any/all asset management tasks
- Communicate with other Digital Asset staff to ensure all essential required tasks are completed daily
- Manage and track progress on assigned tasks through ticketing interface
- Shift priorities as needed.

- Have 1 to 3 years’ experience working in asset management (preferred)
- Demonstrated success working with digital asset management solutions and workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to identify quality imaging
- Possess outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Have the ability to multitask
- Can apply sound judgment while working independently
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team
- Are proficient with Mac OS
- Are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel)
