Join our team as a Digital Asset Coordinator and facilitate the ingestion, organization, tagging, and storage of various digital assets within the company’s digital asset management (DAM) systems.

- Support the flow of digital assets through development pipelines, from creation to archival.
- Develop and enforce a metadata schema for asset tagging that aligns with organizational needs.
- Review and update metadata tags for assets to enhance searchability, accessibility, and compliance.
- Perform quality control checks on digital assets to ensure they meet company standards and are suitable for various platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of asset usage rights, licensing agreements, and expiration dates, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Verify that all images and content have the necessary permissions and licenses with our vendor prior to distribution, coordinating with legal and procurement teams as needed.
- Optimize video quality and performance settings to balance high playback quality with fast device load times.
- Manage DAM permissions, user roles, and ensure data integrity across the system.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with various departments to meet asset requirements and ensure best practices are being maintained within DAM system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DAM inquiries, training, and ongoing support for internal teams.
A Qualified Candidate Will Have:
- 2-5 years of experience working primarily in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of metadata standards and familiarity with various file formats.
- Willingness to research and learn new technologies to adapt to changing database methodologies and tools.
- High attention to detail no matter the size of the project at hand.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment and pivot when necessary, based on changes in project requirements and scope.
