The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to join our innovative and creative Marketing, Members & Digital team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in our digital asset management, ensuring our collection of over 400,000 images, videos and digital assets are meticulously organised, easily accessible, and optimally utilised.

- Managing the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, offering user support, conducting training, and providing detailed reporting.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure the timely uploading and sharing of digital content.
- Leading the auditing and archiving of assets, in accordance with the RHS asset retention policy.
- Enhancing the reuse value of content through creative curation and regular communication.
- Assisting in photo shoot logistics, maintaining the highest standards of copyright compliance, and ensuring the safety of all involved.
- A solid understanding of DAM systems and digital asset management practices.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing large sets of digital assets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering a customer-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work effectively to deadlines.
- Desirable: Experience with CMS or DAM systems (e.g., Bynder), Adobe Creative Cloud, and a passion for gardening and horticulture.
