Digital Asset Coordinator

What we need:

To provide a quick turn time to verify & upload patterns onto the Personal Studio platform. Have reasonable response times to customer/sales team queries and training of Personal Studio. Make sure that Personal Studio prints, Quality Check color accuracy and shipping of the Personal Studio prints are done within the assigned SLAs. Assist with generating metrics for Personal Studio and Commercial/Hospitality development.
Manage digital assets for the MohawkGroup.com website (via DAM – AEM/APRIMO).

What you'll do:

• Personal Studio design verification and upload
• Personal Studio image printing and shipping
• Personal Studio Inbox Management and Support
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Digital Asset management system (DAM) for MohawkGroup.com content
• Commercial/Hospitality Sample/Order Analytics reporting
• Price Grid Updates for Personal Studio Product Calculator
• Personal Studio document daily updates

What you have:

• Basic understanding of Photoshop and related Adobe products
• Intermediate understanding of Outlook, Excel and other related Microsoft products
• Basic understanding of SQL, VBA or related coding languages

What you're good at:

• Communicating effectively utilizing excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Performing in a fast-paced environment while rendering good decisions to resolve problems.
• Proactive thinking, quick decision making, problem-solving and staying organized
