Reporting to the Creative Lead - Graphics, working closely with the Creative Operations Manager the role is responsible for migrating existing and upcoming visual assets into our new DAM system.
The Digital Asset Coordinator will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the Creative team, including the project managers, graphic designers and shoot team. Outside of the Creative department the role will also work closely with end use teams across the marketing and wholesale teams.
The role requires experience using and uploading content into an image library or DAM, the ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency, and an understanding of asset file formats, metadata and taxonomy.

What you will do:

What you will do:
- Asset Migration .
- Migration of existing creative assets (photography and video) from Google Drive to the new DAM
- Ensure accurate image usage rights and consent information are integrated into metadata
- Upload any additional assets created during contract period
- Working accurately within a defined taxonomy, and file naming and tagging convention, but provide suggestions on improving process where appropriate
- Work closely with Creative team should any queries arise
- Support end to end testing of the DAM, ensuring teams are able to use and download as required
- Reporting
- Regular updates to Creative Operations Manager on status of work, progress with migration and storage used
- Flag up any challenges and provide range of solutions
- Attend weekly meetings: with Creative team, Creative Operations Manager, and DAM vendor
- Documentation / Process
- Provide feedback to Creative Operations Manager on Library User Training Manual and update with agreed amendments
- Provide feedback and solutions to any challenges with existing taxonomy, file naming and tagging
- Ensuring Shoot and Graphics teams are fully trained on all functionality and tagging of the DAM
- Support new users with basic user training
- Experience using a DAM (Digital Asset Management) system
- Confident in uploading photography and video
- Understanding of creative asset file formats
- Experienced in using Google Workspace (including Drive, Slides, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail)
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, but at the same time with great accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good knowledge of image licensing
- Experience working in a creative team and for an e-commerce brand
