As the custodian of our brand assets, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a universal understanding of our brand guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimise the use of brand assets across all touchpoints, ensuring order and consistency in our brand execution. By proactively handling our Cloudlines & Digital Asset Management System (DAM), you'll contribute to the effective execution and management of our brand, setting the stage for future growth.

This role is based out of our Peterborough office on a hybrid basis.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:

  • Brand Guideline Execution: Take charge of creating, maintaining, and enforcing the consistent execution of brand guidelines through Cloudlines, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
  • Asset Management: Proactively manage assets, ensuring quick and effective cataloging. Collaborate with agencies and design teams to keep assets up to date, easily accessible, and usable.
  • Growth Mindset: Foster a growth mindset, collaborating with stakeholders to future-proof the brand through evolving processes, assets, and tools.
  • DAM Development: Play a key role in developing a new DAM for the organisation, including the migration of existing assets, creation of taxonomy, and application of metadata.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a vocal advocate for the brand, championing the DAM and Cloudlines for their ease of use. Proactively manage users and provide training when needed.
  • Risk Reduction: Mitigate brand risks related to data protection, licensing, and copyright by improving the governance of media assets and legal paperwork.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the wider Brand team in regular rhythms and rituals, contributing to a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
What we’d like to see from you:

  • DAM Expertise: Previous experience working within/managing a Digital Asset Management System (DAM).
  • Metadata Mastery: Clear understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and tagging to enhance asset organisation.
  • Analytical and Coordinated: Analytical thinker with excellent administrative and coordination skills.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills to convey brand guidelines and interact with stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Innovation: Self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to innovate and think creatively.
  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player and Influencer: Strong influencer and team player, able to collaborate effectively.
